You can help us utilize your plan benefits by finding out how much to collect on your first visit. Call your plan provider or go online to confirm your Mental Health Office Visit copays and deductible. Your annual deductibles reset each calendar year.
More often than not, mental health copays are covered differently than doctor visits. If you are unable to confirm your out of pocket costs prior to the first appointment, we can collect the full “contracted rate” and provide you a refund or credit once we get an explanation of benefits on submitted claims.
